Our latest project features the meticulous restoration of a magnificent Colonial Revival brick estate, where the centerpiece—a grand, stately portico—had begun to succumb to the passage of time. The home’s architectural identity is defined by its towering, classical Doric columns and intricate dental molding, elements that demand a specialized level of expertise to preserve. Before our intervention, these iconic columns suffered from deep structural fissures and advanced paint failure, threatening the historical integrity of this beautiful residence.
Our restoration process was an exercise in precision and professional care. We began by carefully stripping away decades of weathered layers to reveal the original wood substrate, followed by a comprehensive stabilization of the column bases.
